أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ رَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ: أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ عَنْ كِرَى الأَرْضِ، فَقَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ كِرَاءِ الأَرْضِ فَقَالَ: أَبِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ؟ فَقَالَ: أَمَّا بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ فَلا بَأْسَ بِهِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1466
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Malik from Rabia ibn Abi Abd al-Rahman, Hanzalah bin Qais: that Rafi asked bin Khadeej about Cree land, he said: The Messenger of Allah peace be upon him about renting the land, he said: Obalzhb paper? He said: As for gold and paper, there is nothing wrong with it.
