أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي مَسْعُودٍ الأَنْصَارِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ ثَمَنِ الْكَلْبِ، وَمَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ، وَحُلْوَانِ الْكَاهِنِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1464
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Malik from Ibn Shihab from Abu Bakr bin Abdul Rahman, from Abu Masood Ansari may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him forbade the price of a dog, and the wages of a prostitute, and Helwan priest.
