أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنِ ابْنِ وَعْلَةَ الْمِصْرِيِّ: أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ عَمَّا يُعْصَرُ مِنَ الْعِنَبِ، فَقَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَهْدَى رَجُلٌ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَاوِيَةَ خَمْرٍ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَمَا عَلِمْتَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ حَرَّمَهَا؟» . فَقَالَ: لا، فَسَارَّ إِنْسَانًا إِلَى جَنْبِهِ. فَقَالَ: «بِمَ سَارَرْتَهُ» ؟ فَقَالَ: أَمَرْتُهُ بِبَيْعِهَا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ الَّذِي حَرَّمَ شُرْبَهَا حَرَّمَ بَيْعَهَا» . فَفَتَحَ الْمَزَادَتَيْنِ حَتَّى ذَهَبَ مَا فِيهِمَا.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Malik from Zayd ibn Aslam, the son of Egyptian bug: that Ibn Abbas asked what squeezes grapes, said Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him: gave a man to the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him raconteur wine, said the Prophet God's prayers and peace be upon him: “Did you not know that God forbade her?” . He said: No, and a man went by his side. And he said, "What did you go through?" He said: I commanded him to sell it, and the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “He who forbids her drinking is forbidden to sell.” And he opened the two auctions until they were gone.
