أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ بَيْعَ الصُّوفِ عَلَى ظَهْرِ الْغَنَمِ، وَاللَّبَنَ فِي ضُرُوعِ الْغَنَمِ إِلا بِكَيْلٍ. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1458
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Said bin Salim, Musa bin Obeida, Suleiman bin left, from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him: he was hated selling sheep wool on the back, and milk in the udders of sheep only Bugel. Take it out from the book of sale.
