أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ أَبِي بَزَّةَ، قَالَ: قَدِمْتُ الْمَدِينَةَ، فَوَجَدْتُ جَزُورًا قَدْ جُزِرَتْ فَجُزِّئَتْ أَجْزَاءً، كُلُّ جُزْءٍ مِنْهَا بِعَنَاقٍ، فَأَرَدْتُ أَنْ أَبْتَاعَ مِنْهَا جُزْءًا، فَقَالَ لِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ: إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى أَنْ يُبَاعَ حَيٌّ بِمَيِّتٍ، قَالَ: فَسَأَلْتُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلِ، فَأُخْبِرْتُ عَنْهُ خَيْرًا.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1456
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us a Muslim, son of Greg, Qasim ibn Abi suit, he said, provided the city, I found a camel Vdzit has Dzrt parts, each part of them embrace, I wanted to be bought part of them, he said to me a man of the people of the city The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade that he would be sold alive by the dead. He said: So I asked about that man, so Akhrab.
