وَبِهِ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّهُ اشْتَرَى رَاحِلَةً بِأَرْبَعِ أَبْعِرَةٍ مَضْمُونَةٍ عَلَيْهِ بِالرَّبَذَةِ. أَخْرَجَ الْخَمْسَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ، وَالسَّادِسَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ.

It was narrated that Ibn Omar said: He bought a traveler with four bonds, with him secured in Rabza. Take the five hadiths out of the Book of Sale, and the sixth in the Book of the Difference of Malik and al-Shafi’i.
