أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثِّقَةُ، عَنِ اللَّيْثِ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: جَاءَ عَبْدٌ فَبَايَعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى الْهِجْرَةِ، وَلَمْ يَسْمَعْ أَنَّهُ عَبْدٌ فَجَاءَ سَيِّدُهُ يُرِيدُهُ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «بِعْهُ» ، فَاشْتَرَاهُ بِعَبْدَيْنِ أَسْوَدَيْنِ، وَلَمْ يُبَايِعْ أَحَدًا بَعْدَهُ حَتَّى يَسْأَلَهُ: أَعَبْدٌ هُوَ أَوْ حُرٌّ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1450
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us confidence, for Laith, from Abu Zubair, Jaber, he said: Abdul came Fbaya Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him on immigration, and did not hear that Abdul came to his master wants, said the Prophet, peace be upon him: “Buy it,” and he bought him for two black servants, and he did not sell anyone after him until he asks him: Worshipers he or he is free.
