أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ مَوْلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: اسْتَسْلَفَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَكْرًا فَجَاءَتْهُ إِبِلُ الصَّدَقَةِ، قَالَ أَبُو رَافِعٍ: فَأَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ أَقْضِيَ الرَّجُلَ بَكْرَهُ، فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنِّي لَمْ أَجِدْ فِي الإِبِلِ إِلا جَمَلا خِيَارًا رَبَاعِيًّا. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَعْطِهِ إِيَّاهُ، فَإِنَّ خِيَارَ النَّاسِ أَحْسَنُهُمْ قَضَاءً» .

Tell us Malik from Zayd ibn Aslam from Ata ibn Yasar from Abu Rafi Mawla Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: Astslv Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him virgin suddenness camels charity, Abu Rafi said, he told me the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him that The man spent his firstborn, so I said: O Messenger of God, I only found camel in the camel as a quadruple choice. Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: "Give it to him, for the choice of people is the best way to make them up."
