أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّهُ كَانَ لا يَرَى بَأْسًا أَنْ يَبِيعَ الرَّجُلُ شَيْئًا إِلَى أَجَلٍ لَيْسَ عِنْدَهُ أَصْلُهُ.

Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Ibrahim bin Mohammed Yahya bin Said from Nafi from Ibn 'Umar: that he does not see anything wrong with the man to sell something to the order does not have its origin.
