أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمِنْهَالِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: قَدِمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَدِينَةَ وَهُمْ يُسْلِفُونَ فِي التَّمْرِ السَّنَةَ وَالسَّنَتَيْنِ وَالثَّلاثَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ سَلَّفَ فَلْيُسْلِفْ فِي كَيْلٍ مَعْلُومٍ وَوَزْنٍ مَعْلُومٍ وَأَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ أَوْ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مَعْلُومٍ» . أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ، وَالرَّابِعَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.

Tell us Sufian, Ibn Abi Njih, Abdullah bin many, from Abu Almnhal, from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, said: The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him the city they Aslfon the dates year and two and three, said the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him : “Whoever advances, may he advance with a known amount and a known weight and a known term, or for a known term.” Take the three hadiths out of the book of sale, and the fourth from the second part of the hadith variation.
