أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَسَّانٍ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: أَشْهَدُ أَنَّ السَّلَفَ الْمَضْمُونَ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى قَدْ أَحَلَّهُ اللَّهُ فِي كِتَابِهِ، وَأَذِنَ فِيهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: {يَأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِذَا تَدَايَنْتُمْ بِدَيْنٍ إِلَى أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى} [البقرة: 282] .
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1437
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Sufian, Ayoub, for Qatada, from Abu Hassan al-Araj from Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, he said: I certify that the secured advances to for the name of God has permitted to in his book, and authorized it, and then said: { O you who believe, when you owe a debt to a named term} [Al-Baqarah: 282].
