أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ أَخْبَرَهُ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهُ يَقُولُ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الصُّبْرَةِ مِنَ التَّمْرِ لا يُعْلَمُ كَيْلُهَا بِالْكَيْلِ الْمُسَمَّى مِنَ التَّمْرِ. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1436
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Tell us Said, son of Greg, Abu Zubair told him, Jabir ibn Abdullah that he heard him say: forbade the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him from the sale of Sabra of dates does not know its agent shall be double labeled dates. Take it out from the book of sale.
