أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الرِّجَالِ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ عَمْرَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَهَا تَقُولُ: ابْتَاعَ رَجُلٌ تَمْرَ حَائِطٍ فِي زَمَانِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَعَالَجَهُ وَأَقَامَ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى تَبَيَّنَ لَهُ النُّقْصَانُ، فَسَأَلَ رَبَّ الْحَائِطِ أَنْ يَضَعَ فَحَلَفَ أَنْ لا يَفْعَلَ، فَذَهَبَتْ أُمُّ الْمُشْتَرِي إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَذَكَرَتْ ذَلِكَ لَهُ. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «تَأَلَّى أَنْ لا يَفْعَلَ خَيْرًا؟» فَسَمِعَ بِذَلِكَ رَبُّ الْمَالِ فَأَتَى إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، هُوَ لَهُ. أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ.

Tell us the owner, Abu men, from his mother Umrah he heard says he bought a man going through a wall at the time of the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him Faljh and held him until his show decreases, he asked the Lord of the wall to put swore not to do, so I went or the buyer to the Messenger of Allah May God bless him and grant him peace, and I mentioned that to him. Then the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Did he not do well?” He heard this, the Lord of money, and he came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: O Messenger of God, he is for him. Take the three hadiths out of the book of sale.
