أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَتِيقٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ، وَأَمَرَ بِوَضْعِ الْجَوَائِحِ. قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: سَمِعْتُ سُفْيَانَ يُحَدِّثُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ كَثِيرًا فِي طُولِ مُجَالَسَتِي لَهُ مَا لا أُحْصِي مَا سَمِعْتُهُ يُحَدِّثُهُ مِنْ كَثْرَتِهِ لا يُذْكَرُ فِيهِ: «أَمَرَ بِوَضْعِ الْجَوَائِحِ» ، لا يَزِيدُ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ ثُمَّ زَادَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ وَأَمَرَ بِوَضْعِ الْجَوَائِحِ، قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: وَكَانَ حُمَيْدٌ يَذْكُرُ بَعْدَ بَيْعِ السِّنِينَ كَلامًا قَبْلَ وَضْعِ الْجَوَائِحِ لا أَحْفَظُهُ وَكُنْتُ أَكُفُّ عَنْ ذِكْرِ وَضْعِ الْجَوَائِحِ؛ لأَنِّي لا أَدْرِي كَيْفَ كَانَ الْكَلامُ، وَفِي الْحَدِيثِ أَمَرَ بِوَضْعِ الْجَوَائِحِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1426
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, he said: Tell us Sufian, Hamid bin Qais, Suleiman bin Atiq, Jabir bin Abdullah, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him forbade selling the years, and ordered the development of pandemics. Shafei said: I heard Sufyan this talk happens a lot in the length of Majalste him what does not count what I heard caused by the abundance does not mention it: «is put cataclysms», no more than that the Prophet, peace be upon him forbade the sale of years and then increased thereafter and was ordered to Sufyan, Sufyan said: And Hamid remembered after the sale of the years the words before the devastation was put in place, I do not protect you Because I do not know how he was talking, and talk is put cataclysms.
