أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الرِّجَالِ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى تَنْجُوَ مِنَ الْعَاهَةِ.

Malik told us, on the authority of the men’s father, about Umrah: that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade the sale of fruits to all.
