أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ الطَّوِيلِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى تُزْهِيَ، قِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، وَمَا تُزْهِي؟ قَالَ: «حَتَّى تَحْمَرَّ» . وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «أَرَأَيْتُمْ إِذَا مَنَعَ اللَّهُ الثَّمَرَةَ فَبِمَ يَأْخُذُ أَحَدُكُمْ مَالَ أَخِيهِ» ؟ .
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1419
Tell us the owner, Hamid long, Anas bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him: that the Messenger of Allah peace be upon him forbade the sale of fruits until Tzhi, it was said: O Messenger of God, and what Tzhi? He said, "Until you get red." And the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “If you see God if He stops the fruit, then one of you takes his brother’s money?” .
