أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاحُهَا، نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ.

Malik, on the authority of Nafi, on the authority of Ibn Umar, told us that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade the sale of fruits, such as Shalu
