أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: كُنَّا نُخَابِرُ، فَلا نَرَى بِذَلِكَ بَأْسًا حَتَّى زَعَمَ رَافِعٌ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْهَا، فَتَرَكْنَاهَا مِنْ أَجْلِ ذَلِكَ أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ، وَالْخَامِسَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرِّسَالَةِ.
