أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْمُزَابَنَةِ. وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ: بَيْعُ التَّمْرِ بِالتَّمْرِ إِلا أَنَّهُ أَرْخَصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا. أَخْرَجَ السَّبْعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1410
Sufyan told us, on the authority of Ibn Jarij, on the authority of Ata, on the authority of Jaber: that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade him. Almazabanh: Selling dates with dates, except that it is cheaper in the naked eye. Take the seven hadiths out of the book of sale.
