أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ التَّمْرِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلاحُهُ وَعَنْ بَيْعِ التَّمْرِ بِالتَّمْرِ. قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ: وَحَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرْخَصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1405
Sufyan told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Salem, on the authority of his father: that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, forbade the sale of the Druze of Thalam. Abdullah said: Zaid bin Thabit spoke to us: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was cheaper in the nudity.
