أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: أَمَّا الَّذِي نَهَى عَنْهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَهُوَ الطَّعَامُ أَنْ يُبَاعَ حَتَّى يُقْبَضَ. قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ بِرَأْيِهِ: وَلا أَحْسِبُ كُلَّ شَيْءٍ إِلا مِثْلَهُ. أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَةَ الأَحَادِيثَ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ، وَالْخَامِسَ وَالسَّادِسَ وَقَوْلَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ، وَالسَّابِعَ وَقَوْلَ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرِّسَالَةِ.

مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1403

Tell us the son Uyaynah, Amr ibn Dinar, Tawoos, Ibn Abbas, he said, which was forbidden by the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him it is the food that is sold even arrested. Ibn Abbas said in his opinion: I do not count everything except like him. The four conversations get out of the second part of the talk different, V and VI and the words of Ibn Abbas in the book of the different owner and Shafei, and the seventh and the words of Ibn Abbas from the book of the message.
