أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُبَيْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ أَبِي يَزِيدَ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَقُولُ: أَخْبَرَنِي أُسَامَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّمَا الرِّبَا فِي النَّسِيئَةِ» . أَخْرَجَهُ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِي مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِيثِ.
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 1396
Tell us Shafei may Allah be pleased with him, said: Sufian told us that he heard the servants of Allah ibn Abi increases, he says: I heard Ibn Abbas says Osama bin Zaid told me, that the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: «but usury in the al-nasee'ah». Take it out from the second part of the hadeeth’s difference.
