عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَیْجٍ، قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِعَطَاءٍ:( فَجَزَاءٌ مِثْلُ مَا قَتَلَ مِنَ النَّعَمِ یَحْکُمُ بِہِ ذَوَا عَدْلٍ مِنْکُمْ ھَدْیًا بَالِغَ الْکَعْبَۃِ أَوْ کَفَّارَۃٌ طَعَامُ مَسَاکِینَ)[ المائدۃ:95]۔ قَالَ : مِنْ أَجْلِ أَنَّہُ أَصَابَہُ فِی حَرَمٍ یُرِیدُ الْبَیْتَ کَفَّارَۃُ ذَلِکَ عَنْدَ الْبَیْتِ
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 881
On the authority of Ibn Jarijah, he said: I said for a gift: (reward is like what he killed from the blessings of Allah.] He said: For the sake of the fact that you are in a sacred place, he wants the house as infidels, when he is at home.
