عَنْ أَبِی غَطَفَانَ بْنِ طَرِیفٍ الْمُرِّیِّ: أَنَّہُ أَخْبَرَہُ: أَنَّ أَبَاہُ طَرِیفًا تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَۃً وَھُوَ مُحْرِمٌ، فَرَدَّ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ نِکَاحَہُ۔ أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنَ الْجُزْ ءِ الثَّانِی مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ ، وَإِلَی آخِرِ السَّادِسِ مِنْ بَابِ الشِّغَارِ۔
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 871
On the authority of Abi Ghatfan ibn Tarif al-Miri: I told him: The father of an extremist marries a woman, and he is forbidden, for it is forbidden for him. Take the two hadiths out of the second part of the difference of hadeeth, and to the end of the sixth from the door of the slogan۔
