عَنْ أَبِیہِ یَعْلَی بْنِ أُمَیَّۃَ أَنَّہُ قَالَ: بِیْنَمَا عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ یَغْتَسِلُ إِلَی بَعِیرٍ وَأَنَا أَسْتُرُ عَلَیْہِ بِثَوْبٍ إِذْ قَالَ لَہُ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ: یَا یَعْلَی ، اصْبُبْ عَلَی رَأْسِی ، فَقُلْتُ: أَمِیرُ الْمُؤْمِنِینَ أَعْلَمُ۔ فَقَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ : وَاللہِ مَا یَزِیدُ الْمَاءُ الشَّعَرَ إِلا شَعْثًا فَسَمَّی اللہَ تَعَالَی ثُمَّ أَفَاضَ عَلَی رَأْسَہِ۔
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 861
For Obیہ Ya'la Ben Omیۃ Onہ said, while Omar bin Khattab Allہ Anہ washed to the beast and I Aster Alیہ gown as Lہ Omar ibn al-Khattab: O Ya'la, Esbb said on my head, I said: Imam Ali know. Umar ibn al-Khattab said: “By God, there is no more water for hair than shaggy,” so he named “God Almighty,” then he swept to the head.
