عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ قَالَ: یُلَبِّی الْمُعْتَمِرُ حَتَّی یَفْتَتِحَ الطَّوَافَ مَثْیًا أَوْ غَیْرَ مَثْیٍ۔

On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, who said: The pilgrim will meet until the ritual conquest is opened or not.
