أَنَّہُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللہِ، قَالَ: قَدِمَ عَلِیُّ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ مِنْ سِعَایَتۃِ، فَقَالَ لَہُ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ:((بِمَ أَھْلَلْتَ یَا عَلِیُّ))؟ فَقَالَ:بِمَا أَھَلَّ بِہِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ۔قَالَ:((فَأَھْدِ وَامْلکُثْ حَرَامًا کَمَا أَنْتَ)) قَالَ: فَأَھْدَی لَہُ عَلِیُّ ھَدْیًا۔أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَنْنِ مِنَ الْجُزْءِ الثَّانِی مِنَ اخْتِلافِ الْحَدِیثِ، وَالثَّالِثَ وَالرَّابِعَ مِنْ کِتَابِ اخْتِلافِ عَلِیَّ وَعَبْدِ اللہِ مِمَّا لَمْ یَسْمَعِ الرَّبِیعُ مِنَ الشَّافِعِیِّ، وَالْخَامِسَ وَالسَّادِسَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ
