عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّہُ اعْتَمَرَ فِی سَنَۃٍ مَرَّتَیْنِ، أَوْقَالَ:مِرَارًا

It is narrated on the authority of Nafi 'on the authority of Ibn Omar: “I used to perform Umrah twice a year.”
