عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسِ:أَنَہُ قَالَ:وَقَتَ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ لأَھْلِ الْمَدِینَۃِ ذَالْحلَیْفَۃِ، وَلأَھْلِ نَجْدِ قَرْنَا، وَمَنْ کَانَ دُونَ ذَلِکَ فَمِنْ حَیْثُ یَبْدَأُ
