قَالَ الشَّافِعِیُّ: وَمَنْ تَقَیَّأَ وَھُوَ صَائِمٌ وَجَبَ عَلَیْہِ الْقَضَاءُ، وَمَنْ ذَرَعَہُ الْقَیْءُ فَلا قَضَاءَ عَلَیْہِ۔
مسند امام شافی · Hadith 658
Al-Shafi’i said: Whoever vomits while he is fasting must make it up to the judiciary, and whoever vomits invokes me, then there is no punishment for it۔
