روينا عن عبد الله بن عمرو بن الخزاعي ، عن أبيه أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم حين أراد أن يبعثه إلى مكة أخبره بأنه وجد صاحبا وسماه له ، فقال : « إذا هبطت بلاد قومه فاحذره ، فإنه قد قال القائل : أخوك البكري فلا تأمنه » .

355 - وأخبرنا أبو عبد الله الحافظ ، حدثني جعفر بن عمر بن الحارث ، حدثنا أبو عبد الرحمن أحمد بن شعيب ، وحدثنا الإمام أبو الطيب سهل بن أبي سهل ، أنبأنا الإمام والدي ، حدثنا أبو العباس محمد بن إسحاق قالا : حدثنا قتيبة بن سعيد ، حدثنا الليث بن سعد ، عن عقيل ، عن الزهري ، عن ابن المسيب ، عن أبي هريرة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال : « لا يلدغ المؤمن من جحر مرتين » وفي حديث الإمام أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال

أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، ← ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ← الزُّهْرِيِّ، ← عَقِيلٍ، ← اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ← قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ← أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ← الإمام والدي ← الإمام أبو الطيب سهل بن أبي سهل ← أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ ← جعفر بن عمر بن الحارث ← أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَافِظُ
