حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ح و حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِي يَعْلَی وَجَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَوْنٍ جَمِيعًا عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زِيَادِ بْنِ أَنْعُمٍ الْإِفْرِيقِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تُفْتَحُ لَکُمْ أَرْضُ الْأَعَاجِمِ وَسَتَجِدُونَ فِيهَا بُيُوتًا يُقَالُ لَهَا الْحَمَّامَاتُ فَلَا يَدْخُلْهَا الرِّجَالُ إِلَّا بِإِزَارٍ وَامْنَعُوا النِّسَائَ أَنْ يَدْخُلْنَهَا إِلَّا مَرِيضَةً أَوْ نُفَسَائَ

It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin 'Amr said: "The Messenger of Allah(saw) said: 'You will conquer the lands of the non- Arabs, where you will find houses called Hammamat (bathhouses) . Men should only enter them wearing a waist wrap, and do not let women enter them unless they are sick or bleeding following childbirth." (Da'if)

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ ح و حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ شَدَّادٍ عَنْ أَبِي عُذْرَةَ قَالَ وَکَانَ قَدْ أَدْرَکَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَی الرِّجَالَ وَالنِّسَائَ عَنْ الْحَمَّامَاتِ ثُمَّ رَخَّصَ لِلرِّجَالِ أَنْ يَدْخُلُوهَا فِي الْمَيَازِرِ وَلَمْ يُرَخِّصْ لِلنِّسَائِ

It was narrated from Aishah that the Prophet(saw) forbade men and women to enter bathhouses, then he allowed men to enter them wearing a waist wrap, but he did not make the same allowance for women.(Hasan)

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ أَبِي الْمَلِيحِ الْهُذَلِيِّ أَنَّ نِسْوَةً مِنْ أَهَلْ حِمْصَ اسْتَأْذَنَّ عَلَی عَائِشَةَ فَقَالَتْ لَعَلَّکُنَّ مِنْ اللَّوَاتِي يَدْخُلْنَ الْحَمَّامَاتِ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ وَضَعَتْ ثِيَابَهَا فِي غَيْرِ بَيْتِ زَوْجِهَا فَقَدْ هَتَکَتْ سِتْرَ مَا بَيْنَهَا وَبَيْنَ اللَّهِ

It was narrated from Abu Malih AI-Hudhali that some women from the people of Hims asked permission to enter upon Aishah. She said: "Perhaps you are among those (women) who enter bathhouses? I heard the Messenger of Allah(saw) say: 'Any woman who takes off her clothes anywhere but in her husband's house, has torn the screen that was between her and Allah."' (Hasan)
