حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ يَدْخُلُ مَکَّةَ مِنْ الثَّنِيَّةِ الْعُلْيَا وَإِذَا خَرَجَ خَرَجَ مِنْ الثَّنِيَّةِ السُّفْلَی

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H used to enter Makkah from the upper mountain pass and when he left, he would left from the lower mountain pass. (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا الْعُمَرِيُّ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ مَکَّةَ نَهَارًا

It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Prophet P.B.U.H entered Makkah by day. (Hasan)

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَی حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أَيْنَ تَنْزِلُ غَدًا وَذَلِکَ فِي حَجَّتِهِ قَالَ وَهَلْ تَرَکَ لَنَا عَقِيلٌ مَنْزِلًا ثُمَّ قَالَ نَحْنُ نَازِلُونَ غَدًا بِخَيْفِ بَنِي کِنَانَةَ يَعْنِي الْمُحَصَّبَ حَيْثُ قَاسَمَتْ قُرَيْشٌ عَلَی الْکُفْرِ وَذَلِکَ أَنَّ بَنِي کِنَانَةَ حَالَفَتْ قُرَيْشًا عَلَی بَنِي هَاشِمٍ أَنْ لَا يُنَاکِحُوهُمْ وَلَا يُبَايِعُوهُمْ قَالَ مَعْمَرٌ قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ وَالْخَيْفُ الْوَادِي

It was narrated that Usamah bin Zaid said: "I said: '0 Messenger of Allah, where will you stay tomorrow?' That was during his Hajj. He said: 'Has 'Aqil left us any house?' Then he said: 'Tomorrow we will stay in the valley of Banu Kinanah, Muhassab where the Quraishswore an oath of disbelief.''' That was where Banu Kinanah had sworn an oath with the Quraish against Banu Hashim, that they would not intermarry with them or engage in trade with them. Ma'mar said: "Zuhri said: Khaif means a valley.''' (Sahih)
