حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ عَزْرَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سَمِعَ رَجُلًا يَقُولُ لَبَّيْکَ عَنْ شُبْرُمَةَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ شُبْرُمَةُ قَالَ قَرِيبٌ لِي قَالَ هَلْ حَجَجْتَ قَطُّ قَالَ لَا قَالَ فَاجْعَلْ هَذِهِ عَنْ نَفْسِکَ ثُمَّ حُجَّ عَنْ شُبْرُمَةَ

It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas that the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H heard a man saying: "Labbaik 'an Shubrumah (Here I am (0 Allah) on behalf of Shubrumah." The Messenger of Allah said: "Who is Shubrumah?" He said: "A relative of mine." He said: "Have you ever performed Hajj?" He said: "No." He said: "Then make this for yourself, then perform Hajj on behalf of Shubrumah." (Da'if)

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْأَعْلَی الصَّنْعَانِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْأَصَمِّ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ جَائَ رَجُلٌ إِلَی النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ أَحُجُّ عَنْ أَبِي قَالَ نَعَمْ حُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيکَ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَزِدْهُ خَيْرًا لَمْ تَزِدْهُ شَرًّا

It was narrated that Ibn Abbas said: “A man came to the Prophet and said: ‘Shall I Perform Hall on behalf of my father’ He said: ‘Yes, perform Ha Ofl behalf of your father, for if You cam-rot add any good to his record (at least) you will not add aWthing bad.” (Da’if)

حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَطَائٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي الْغَوْثِ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ رَجُلٌ مِنْ الْفُرْعِ أَنَّهُ اسْتَفْتَی النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ حَجَّةٍ کَانَتْ عَلَی أَبِيهِ مَاتَ وَلَمْ يَحُجَّ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيکَ وَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَکَذَلِکَ الصِّيَامُ فِي النَّذْرِ يُقْضَی عَنْهُ

It was narrated from Abu Ghawth bin Husain – a man from Furu' – that he consulted the Prophet about a Hajj that his father owed, but he had died and had not gone for Hajj. The Prophet P.B.U.H said: "Perform Hajj on behalf of your father." And the Prophet said: "The same applies to fasting in fulfillment of a vow – it should be made up for." (Da'if)
