حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ عَنْ سِمَاکِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ مُوسَی بْنِ طَلْحَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ کُنَّا نُصَلِّي وَالدَّوَابُّ تَمُرُّ بَيْنَ أَيْدِينَا فَذُکِرَ ذَلِکَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ مِثْلُ مُؤَخِّرَةِ الرَّحْلِ تَکُونُ بَيْنَ يَدَيْ أَحَدِکُمْ فَلَا يَضُرُّهُ مَنْ مَرَّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ

It was narrated from Musa bin Talhah that his father said: "We used to perform prayer while the beasts were passing in front of us. That was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H and he said: 'If something like the handle of a saddle is placed in front of anyone of you, it will not matter whoever passes in front of him." (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ رَجَائٍ الْمَکِّيُّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ کَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تُخْرَجُ لَهُ حَرْبَةٌ فِي السَّفَرِ فَيَنْصِبُهَا فَيُصَلِّي إِلَيْهَا

It was narrated that Ibn 'Umar said: "A small spear (Harbah) would be brought out to the Prophet P.B.U.H. when he was travelling; he would plant It (in the ground) to perform prayer while facing it." (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ کَانَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَصِيرٌ يُبْسَطُ بِالنَّهَارِ وَيَحْتَجِرُهُ بِاللَّيْلِ يُصَلِّي إِلَيْهِ

It was narrated that' Aishah said: "The Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H had a reed mat that he would spread out during the day, and make into a compartment at night, towards which he would perform prayer." (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا بَکْرُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ أَبُو بِشْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَعِيلُ بْنُ أُمَيَّةَ ح و حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ إِسْمَعِيلَ بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَمْرِو بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ عَنْ جَدِّهِ حُرَيْثِ بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا صَلَّی أَحَدُکُمْ فَلْيَجْعَلْ تِلْقَائَ وَجْهِهِ شَيْئًا فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَلْيَنْصِبْ عَصًا فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَلْيَخُطَّ خَطًّا ثُمَّ لَا يَضُرُّهُ مَا مَرَّ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet P.B.U.H said: "'When anyone of you performs prayer, let him put something in front of him. If he cannot find anything then let him put a stick. If he cannot find one, then let him draw a line. Then it will not matter if anything passes in front of him." (Da'if)
