حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ شَقِيقِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ح و حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ خَلَّادٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ شَقِيقٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ کُنَّا إِذَا صَلَّيْنَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قُلْنَا السَّلَامُ عَلَی اللَّهِ قَبْلَ عِبَادِهِ السَّلَامُ عَلَی جِبْرَائِيلَ وَمِيکَائِيلَ وَعَلَی فُلَانٍ وَفُلَانٍ يَعْنُونَ الْمَلَائِکَةَ فَسَمِعَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ لَا تَقُولُوا السَّلَامُ عَلَی اللَّهِ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ هُوَ السَّلَامُ فَإِذَا جَلَسْتُمْ فَقُولُوا التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلَّهِ وَالصَّلَوَاتُ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْکَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَکَاتُهُ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَی عِبَادِ اللَّهِ الصَّالِحِينَ فَإِنَّهُ إِذَا قَالَ ذَلِکَ أَصَابَتْ کُلَّ عَبْدٍ صَالِحٍ فِي السَّمَائِ وَالْأَرْضِ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَی حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَنْبَأَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ وَالْأَعْمَشِ وُحُصَيْنٍ وَأَبِي هَاشِمٍ وَحَمَّادٌ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ وَعَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ وَأَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَهُ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَعْمَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا قَبِيصَةُ أَنْبَأَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ وَمَنْصُورٍ وَحُصَيْنٍ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ح قَالَ و حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَقَ عَنْ أَبِي عُبَيْدَةَ وَالْأَسْوَدِ وَأَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کَانَ يُعَلِّمُهُمْ التَّشَهُّدَ فَذَکَرَ نَحْوَهُ

It was narrated that 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud said: "When we performed prayer with the Prophet P.B.U.H we said: 'Peace be upon Allah from His slaves, peace be upon Jibra'il and Mikail and so-and-so and so-and-so.' The Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H heard us and said: 'Do not say peace (Salam) be upon Allah, for He is As-Salam. When you sit (during prayer) say: At-Tahiyyatu lillahi was-salawatu wat-tayyibatu; assalamu 'alayka ayyuhan-Nabiyyu wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu; assalamu 'alayna wa 'ala 'ibadillahissalihin (All compliments, prayers and good words are due to Allah; peace be upon you, 0 Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings; peace be upon us and upon the righteous slaves of Allah)." For if you say that it will reach every righteous slave in the heavens and on earth. (Then say:) "Ashhadu an la ilaha ….iilallah wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan 'abduhu wa Rasuluhu (I bear witness that none has the right to be worshiped but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad P.B.U.H: His slave and Messenger). (Sahih) (Another chain) with similar wording. (Another chain) that 'Abdullah bin Mas'ud said: "The Prophet P.B.U.H used to teach us the Tashah-hud." And he mentioned similarly.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ أَنْبَأَنَا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ وَطَاوُسٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُعَلِّمُنَا التَّشَهُّدَ کَمَا يُعَلِّمُنَا السُّورَةَ مِنْ الْقُرْآنِ فَکَانَ يَقُولُ التَّحِيَّاتُ الْمُبَارَکَاتُ الصَّلَوَاتُ الطَّيِّبَاتُ لِلَّهِ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْکَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَکَاتُهُ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَی عِبَادِ اللَّهِ الصَّالِحِينَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said: "The Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H used to teach us the Tashah-hud as he used to teach us a Surah of the Qur'an. He used to say: 'At-Tahiyyatul-Mubarakatus salawatut-tayyibatu lillah ; Assalamu 'alayka ayyuhan-Nabiyyu wa rahmaiullahi wa barakdtuhu ; assalamu 'alayna wa 'ala 'ibadillahissalihin. Ashhadu an la ilaha illaliah wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan 'abduhu wa Rasuluhu (All blessed compliments and good prayers are due to Allah: peace be upon you, 0 Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings; peace be upon us and upon the righteous slaves of Allah. I bear witness that none has the righ t to be worshiped but Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger).''' (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا جَمِيلُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَی حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ح و حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ وَهِشَامُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ وَهَذَا حَدِيثُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنْ حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَی الْأَشْعَرِيِّ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَطَبَنَا وَبَيَّنَ لَنَا سُنَّتَنَا وَعَلَّمَنَا صَلَاتَنَا فَقَالَ إِذَا صَلَّيْتُمْ فَکَانَ عِنْدَ الْقَعْدَةِ فَلْيَکُنْ مِنْ أَوَّلِ قَوْلِ أَحَدِکُمْ التَّحِيَّاتُ الطَّيِّبَاتُ الصَّلَوَاتُ لِلَّهِ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْکَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَکَاتُهُ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَی عِبَادِ اللَّهِ الصَّالِحِينَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ سَبْعُ کَلِمَاتٍ هُنَّ تَحِيَّةُ الصَّلَاةِ

It was narrated from Abu Musa Al-Ash'ari: "The Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H addressed us and explained the Sunnah for us, and he taught us our prayer. He said: 'When you perform prayer, and you are sitting, let the first thing you say be: (All compliments, good words and prayers are due to Allah; peace be upon you, 0 Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings; peace be upon us and upon the righteous slaves of Allah. I bear witness that none has the right to be worshiped but Allah and bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger). Seven phrases which are the greeting of the prayer.

اَبِیْ مُوْسٰی الْاَشْعَرِیِّ ← حِطَّانَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ← یُوْنُسَ بْنِ جُبَیْرٍ، ← قَتَادَةَ وَهَذَا حَدِيثُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ← هِشَامُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، ← سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، ← ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، ← عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، ← و، ← قَتَادَةَ ← سَعِيدٍ، ← عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى ← جَمِيلُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ،

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْمُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ح و حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ حَکِيمٍ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَکْرٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا أَيْمَنُ بْنُ نَابِلٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ کَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُعَلِّمُنَا التَّشَهُّدَ کَمَا يُعَلِّمُنَا السُّورَةَ مِنْ الْقُرْآنِ بِاسْمِ اللَّهِ وَبِاللَّهِ التَّحِيَّاتُ لِلَّهِ وَالصَّلَوَاتُ وَالطَّيِّبَاتُ لِلَّهِ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْکَ أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ وَرَحْمَةُ اللَّهِ وَبَرَکَاتُهُ السَّلَامُ عَلَيْنَا وَعَلَی عِبَادِ اللَّهِ الصَّالِحِينَ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْجَنَّةَ وَأَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ النَّارِ

It was narrated that Jabir bin 'Abdullah said: "The Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H used to teach us the (In the Name of Allah and by the grace of Allah, All compliments are due to Allah and all prayers and good words are due to Allah. Peace be upon you, o Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings; peace be upon us and upon the righteous slaves of Allah . I bear witness that none has the right to be Worshiped but Allah and I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger. I ask Allah for Paradise and I seek refuge with Allah from the Fire).'''(Da'if)

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَکْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ح و حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّی حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَامِرٍ قَالَ أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ الْهَادِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ خَبَّابٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ هَذَا السَّلَامُ عَلَيْکَ قَدْ عَرَفْنَاهُ فَکَيْفَ الصَّلَاةُ قَالَ قُولُوا اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَی مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدِکَ وَرَسُولِکَ کَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَی إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَبَارِکْ عَلَی مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَی آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ کَمَا بَارَکْتَ عَلَی إِبْرَاهِيمَ

It was narrated that Abu Sa'eed Al-Khudri said: "We said: '0 Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H We know what it means to send greetings upon you, but what does it mean to send peace and blessings upon you?' He said: 'Say: Allahumma salli 'ala Muhammadin 'abdika wa Rasulika kama salayta 'ala Ibrahima, wa barik 'ala Muhammad (wa 'ala ali Muhammadin) kama barakta 'ala lbrahima [0 Allah, send Your grace, honor and mercy upon Muhammad, Your slave and Messenger, as You sent Your (grace, honour and mercy) upon Ibrahim, and send Your blessings upon Muhammad (and the family of Muhammad) as You sent Your blessings upon Ibrahim.'

حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا وَکِيعٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ح و حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ الْحَکَمِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي لَيْلَی قَالَ لَقِيَنِي کَعْبُ بْنُ عُجْرَةَ فَقَالَ أَلَا أُهْدِي لَکَ هَدِيَّةً خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقُلْنَا قَدْ عَرَفْنَا السَّلَامَ عَلَيْکَ فَکَيْفَ الصَّلَاةُ عَلَيْکَ قَالَ قُولُوا اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَی مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَی آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ کَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَی إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّکَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِکْ عَلَی مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَی آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ کَمَا بَارَکْتَ عَلَی إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّکَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ

It was narrated that Hakam said: "I heard Ibn Abi Laila say: 'Ka'b bin 'Ujrah met me and said: "Shall I not give you a gift? The Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H came out to us and we said: 'We know what it means to send greetings on you, but what does it mean to send peace and blessings upon you?' He said: 'Say: Allahumma salli 'ala Muhammadin wa 'ala ali Muhammadin, kama sallayta 'ala Ibrahima, innaka Hamidum Majid; Allahumma barik' 'ala Muhammadin wa Iala ali Muhammadin kama bar akt a 'ala Ibrahim a . Innaka Hamidum Majid (0 Allah, send Your grace, honor and mercy upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent Your grace, honor and mercy upon Ibrahim, You are indeed Praiseworthy, Most Glorious. 0 Allah, send Your blessings upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad, as You sent Your blessings upon Ibrahim, You are indeed Praiseworthy, Most Glorious).''' (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا عَمَّارُ بْنُ طَالُوتَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِکِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ الْمَاجِشُونُ حَدَّثَنَا مَالِکُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بَکْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ سُلَيْمٍ الزُّرَقِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي حُمَيْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ أُمِرْنَا بِالصَّلَاةِ عَلَيْکَ فَکَيْفَ نُصَلِّي عَلَيْکَ فَقَالَ قُولُوا اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَی مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ کَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَی إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَبَارِکْ عَلَی مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَزْوَاجِهِ وَذُرِّيَّتِهِ کَمَا بَارَکْتَ عَلَی آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ فِي الْعَالَمِينَ إِنَّکَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ

It was narrated from Abu Humaid As-Sa'di that they said: "0 Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H We have been commanded to send peace and blessings upon you. How should we send peace and blessings upon you?" He said: "Say: Allahumma salli 'ala Muhammadin wa azwajihi wa dhurriyatihi , kama sallayta 'ala Ibrahim; wa barik. 'ala Muhammadin wa azwajihi wa dhurriyatihi kama barakta 'ala ali Ibrahim fil-'alamin, innaka Hamidum Majid (0 Allah, send Your grace, honor and mercy upon Muhammad and his wives and offspring, as You sent Your grace, honor and mercy upon Ibrahim. 0 Allah, send Your blessings upon Muhammad and his wives and offspring, as You sent Your blessings upon the family of Ibrahim among the nations, You are indeed Praiseworthy, Most Glorious)." (Sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ بَيَانٍ حَدَّثَنَا زِيَادُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ عَنْ عَوْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِي فَاخِتَةَ عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ إِذَا صَلَّيْتُمْ عَلَی رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَحْسِنُوا الصَّلَاةَ عَلَيْهِ فَإِنَّکُمْ لَا تَدْرُونَ لَعَلَّ ذَلِکَ يُعْرَضُ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ فَقَالُوا لَهُ فَعَلِّمْنَا قَالَ قُولُوا اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْ صَلَاتَکَ وَرَحْمَتَکَ وَبَرَکَاتِکَ عَلَی سَيِّدِ الْمُرْسَلِينَ وَإِمَامِ الْمُتَّقِينَ وَخَاتَمِ النَّبِيِّينَ مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدِکَ وَرَسُولِکَ إِمَامِ الْخَيْرِ وَقَائِدِ الْخَيْرِ وَرَسُولِ الرَّحْمَةِ اللَّهُمَّ ابْعَثْهُ مَقَامًا مَحْمُودًا يَغْبِطُهُ بِهِ الْأَوَّلُونَ وَالْآخِرُونَ اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَی مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَی آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ کَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَی إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَی آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّکَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ اللَّهُمَّ بَارِکْ عَلَی مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَی آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ کَمَا بَارَکْتَ عَلَی إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَی آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّکَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ

Aswad bin Yazid narrated that "Abdullah bin Mas'ud said: "When you send peace and blessings upon the Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H then do it well, for you do not know, that may be shown to him." They said to him: "Teach us." He said: "Say: (0 Allah, send Your grace honor, mercy and blessings upon the leader of the Messengers, the Imam of the pious and the seal of the Prophets, Muhammad, Your slave and Messenger, the Imam of the good (and the leader) of the good, and the Messenger of mercy. 0 Allah, raise him to a station of praise and glory that will be the envy of the first and the last. 0 Allah, send Your grace, honor and mercy upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent Your grace, honor and mercy upon Ibrahim, You are indeed Praiseworthy, Most Glorious. 0 Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad as You sentblessings upon Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim, You are Praiseworthy, Most Glorious).''' (Da'if)

حَدَّثَنَا بَکْرُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ أَبُو بِشْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمٍ يُصَلِّي عَلَيَّ إِلَّا صَلَّتْ عَلَيْهِ الْمَلَائِکَةُ مَا صَلَّی عَلَيَّ فَلْيُقِلَّ الْعَبْدُ مِنْ ذَلِکَ أَوْ لِيُکْثِرْ

It was narrated that Asim bin "Ubaidullah said: "I heard 'Abdullah bin 'Amir bin Rabi' ah narrating from his father that the Prophet p.b.u.h said: "There is no Muslim who sends peace and blessings upon me, but the angels will send peace and blessings upon him as long as he sends peace and blessings upon me. So let a person do a little of that or a lot." (Da'if)

حَدَّثَنَا جُبَارَةُ بْنُ الْمُغَلِّسِ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَنْ نَسِيَ الصَّلَاةَ عَلَيَّ خَطِئَ طَرِيقَ الْجَنَّةِ

It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas said: "The Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H said: 'Whoever forgets to send peace and blessings upon me, then he has missed the road to Paradise:" (Da'if)

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي حَسَّانُ بْنُ عَطِيَّةَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَائِشَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا فَرَغَ أَحَدُکُمْ مِنْ التَّشَهُّدِ الْأَخِيرِ فَلْيَتَعَوَّذْ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ أَرْبَعٍ مِنْ عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ وَمِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَحْيَا وَالْمَمَاتِ وَمِنْ فِتْنَةِ الْمَسِيحِ الدَّجَّالِ

Muhammad bin Abi ' Aishah said: "I heard Abu Hurairah say 'that Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H said: 'When anyone of you finishes the last Tashuh-hud, let him seek refuge with Allah from four things: From the torment of Hell, from the torment of the grave, from the trials of life and death, and from the Fitnah (tribulation)of Masihud-Dajjal.' (sahih)

حَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ بْنُ مُوسَی الْقَطَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِرَجُلٍ مَا تَقُولُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ قَالَ أَتَشَهَّدُ ثُمَّ أَسْأَلُ اللَّهَ الْجَنَّةَ وَأَعُوذُ بِهِ مِنْ النَّارِ أَمَا وَاللَّهِ مَا أُحْسِنُ دَنْدَنَتَکَ وَلَا دَنْدَنَةَ مُعَاذٍ فَقَالَ حَوْلَهَا نُدَنْدِنُ

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said: "The Messenger of Allah P.B.U.H said to a man: 'What do you say during your salat?' He said: 'The Tashan-hud, then I ask Allah for Paradise, and I seek refuge with Him from Hell, but I do not understand what you and Mu'adh murmur (during Salat). He said: Our murmuring revolves around the same things:" (Sahih)
