3175 - وَأَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمٌ، أَنَّهُ رَأَى عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ يَغْتَسِلُ مِنَ الْجَنَابَةِ، ثُمَّ يَدْعُو أَحْيَانًا بِالْوَضُوءِ فَيَتَوَضَّأُ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: «أَمَا تَرَى أَنَّ الْغُسْلَ يَكْفِيكَ» ؟ قَالَ: «بَلَى، وَلَكِنْ يُخَيَّلُ إِلَيَّ أَحْيَانًا، أَنَّهُ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ ذَكَرِي الْمَذْيُ بَعْدَ الْغُسْلِ، فَإِذَا مَسِسْتُ ذَكَرِي تَوَضَّأْتُ»

3176 - وَأَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمٌ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، كَانَ يَقُولُ: «لَا أَعْلَمُ الْهَدْيَ إِلَّا مِنَ الْإِبِلِ وَالْبَقَرِ» ، فَمِنْ أَجْلِ ذَلِكَ كَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ لَا يَنْحَرُ فِي الْحَجِّ إِلَّا الْإِبِلَ وَالْبَقَرَ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ لَمْ يَذْبَحْ لِذَلِكَ شَيْئًا

3177 - وَأَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ، يُخْبِرُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ أَتَاهُ رَهْطٌ يَسْأَلُونَهُ عَنْ أَكَلِ الْمُحْرِمِ الصَّيْدَ، يَأْكُلُهُ الْقَوْمُ لَمْ يَكُنْ أَمَرَ بِهِ وَلَا شَعَرَ بِهِ؟ قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ: فَأَفْتَيْتُهُمْ بِأَكْلِهِ، ثُمَّ وَجَدْتُ فِي نَفْسِي مِنْ ذَلِكَ، فَاسْتَفْتَيْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ الْخَطَّابِ فِيهِ؟ فَسَأَلَنِي: «بِمَاذَا أَفْتَيْتُمْ» ؟ فَقُلْتُ: «بِأَكْلِهِ» . فَقَالَ: «لَوْ أَفْتَيْتُمْ بِغَيْرِ ذَلِكَ لَأَوْجَعْتُكَ» ، فَلَمْ يَقُلْ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ لِأَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ فِي ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا، قَالَ سَالِمٌ: وَكَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ لَا يَأْكُلُهُ

3178 - وَقَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمٌ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، يَقُولُ: قَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ: «إِذَا أَحَدُكُمْ رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ وَحَلَقَ أَوْ قَصَّرَ، فَقَدْ حَلَّ لَهُ كُلُّ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا النِّسَاءَ وَالطِّيبَ» قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ: فَلَمَّا حَجَّ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ أَخْبَرْتُ بِذَلِكَ رَجَاءَ بْنَ حَيْوَةَ، فَأَخْبَرَهُ سُلَيْمَانُ، فَقَالَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ وَخَارِجَةُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنِ حَزْمٍ، أَنَّهُ [أَنَّ] سُلَيْمَانَ [قَالَ] : فَإِنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَتْ تُفْتِي بِأَنَّهُ قَدْ حَلَّ لَهُ الطِّيبَ، وَأَنَّهُ لَا يَحْرُمُ عَلَيْهِ شَيْءٌ إِلَّا النِّسَاءَ، فَدَعَا، فَجَمَعَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُمْ، فَأَخْبَرَهُ سَالِمٌ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، فَدَعَا سُلَيْمَانُ مَوْلَاةً لِعَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، فَقَالَ لَهَا: كَيْفَ فَعَلَ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ فِي حَجَّتِهِ؟ فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَتَطَيَّبْ حَتَّى أَفَاضَ بِالْبَيْتِ فَأَفْلَجَ سُلَيْمَانُ سَالِمًا عَلَيْهِمْ، وَعَمِلَ بِذَلِكَ سُلَيْمَانُ، فَلَمْ يَزَلِ النَّاسُ يَأْخُذُونَ بِذَلِكَ بَعْدُ

3179 - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو زُرْعَةَ، ثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، قَالَ: [إِنَّ] ابْنَ عُمَرَ صَلَّى بِنَا صَلَاةً الْعَصْرِ ثُمَّ رَكِبَ، فَسَارَ سَاعَةً، ثُمَّ أَنَاخَ فَصَلَّى الْعَصْرَ مَرَّةً أُخْرَى، فَقُلْتُ: «أَنَسِيتَ أَنَّكَ كُنْتَ صَلَّيْتَ لَنَا» ؟ فَقَالَ: «إِنِّي مَسِسْتُ ذَكَرِي قَبْلَ أَنْ أُصَلِّيَ وَنَسِيتُ أَنْ أَتَوَضَّأَ، فَلَمَّا ذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ تَوَضَّأْتُ، ثُمَّ عُدْتُ لِصَلَاتِي» ، قَالَ سَالِمٌ: «فَأَعَدْنَا تِلْكَ الصَّلَاةِ»

3182 - وَأَخْبَرَنِي سَالِمٌ، أَنَّ حَفْصَ بْنَ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ، أَخْبَرَهُ، أَنَّهُ، سَأَلَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ عَنْ تَرْكِهِ السُّبْحَةَ، فِي السَّفَرِ، فَقَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ: «لَوْ سَبَّحْتُ مَا بَالَيْتُ أَنْ أُتِمَّ الصَّلَاةَ»

3184 - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ جَابِرٍ الطَّائِيُّ، ثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، حَدَّثَنِي حَمْزَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: لَمَّا اشْتَكَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ شِكَايَتَهُ الَّتِي تُوُفِّيَ فِيهَا قَالَ: «لِيُصَلِّ بِالنَّاسِ أَبُو بَكْرٍ» فَقَالَتْ لَهُ عَائِشَةُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّ أَبَا بَكْرِ رَجُلٌ رَقِيقٌ لَا يَمْلِكُ دَمْعَهُ حِينَ يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ، فَمُرْ عُمَرَ؛ فَلْيُصَلِّ بِالنَّاسِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لِيُصَلِّ بِهِمْ أَبُو بَكْرٍ» فَرَاجَعَتْهُ عَائِشَةُ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لِيُصَلِّ بِالنَّاسِ أَبُو بَكْرٍ، فَإِنَّكُنَّ صَوَاحِبُ يُوسُفَ» قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ: وَاللَّهِ، مَا حَمَلَنِي عَلَى ذَلِكَ إِلَّا كَرَاهِيَةُ أَنْ يَتَشَاءَمَ النَّاسُ [ص:239] أَوَّلَ رَجُلٍ يَقُومُ مَقَامَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَاللَّهِ مَا كَانَ يَقَعُ لِي شَيْءٌ أَنْ يُحِبَّ النَّاسُ رَجُلًا يَقُومُ مَقَامَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبَدًا

«لِيُصَلِّ بِالنَّاسِ أَبُو بَكْرٍ» فَقَالَتْ لَهُ عَائِشَةُ: ← لَمَّا اشْتَكَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ شِكَايَتَهُ الَّتِي تُوُفِّيَ فِيهَا ← حَمْزَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ← الزُّهْرِيِّ، ← أَبِيهِ ← بِشْرُ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ، ← عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ جَابِرٍ الطَّائِيُّ،

3185 - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ جَابِرٍ الطَّائِيُّ، ثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّهُ جَامَعَ فِي رَمَضَانَ فَاسْتَيْقَظَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَطْلُعَ الْفَجْرُ، ثُمَّ نَامَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَغْتَسِلَ حَتَّى أَصْبَحَ، قَالَ: فَلَقِيتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ حِينَ أَصْبَحْتُ، فَاسْتَفْتَيْتُهُ فِي ذَلِكَ؟ فَقَالَ: أَفْطِرْ، فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ كَانَ «يَأْمُرُنَا بِالْفِطْرِ إِذَا أَصْبَحَ الرَّجُلُ جُنُبًا» ، قَالَ عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ: فَجِئْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ، فَأَخْبَرْتُهُ بِالَّذِي أَفْتَانِي بِهِ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، فَقَالَ: أُقْسِمُ بِاللَّهِ لَئِنْ أَفْطَرْتَ لَأُوجِعَنَّ جَنْبَيْكَ، صُمْ فَإِنْ بَدَا لَكَ أَنْ تَصُومَ يَوْمًا آخَرَ فَافْعَلْ
