عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہُ:أَنَّ الْقَمَرَ کُسِفَ وَابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ بِالْبَصْرَۃِ، فَخَرَجَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ فَصَلَّی بِنَارَکْعَتَیْنِ ، فِی کُلِّ رَکْعَۃٍ رَکْعَتَیْنِ، ثُمَّ رَکِبَ فَحَطَبَنَا، فَقَالَ:إِنَّمَا صَلَّیْتُ کَمَا رَأَیْتُ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ یُصَلِّی، وَقَالَ:إِنَّمَا الشَّمْسُ وَالْقَمَرُ آیَتَان مِنْ آیَاتِ اللہِ لا یُخْسَفَاں لِمَوْتِ أَحَدٍ وَلا لِحَیَاتِہِ، فَإِذَا رَأَیْتُمْ شَیْئًا مَنْھَا خَاسِفًا فَلْیکُنْ فَزَعُکُمْ إِلَی اللہِ
Hasan, Ibn Abbas, may Allہ Anہ: that the moon کsv and Ibn Abbas Balbsrۃ, went out of Ibn Abbas prayed Abarrکatیn, in each Rکaۃ Rکatیn, then Mount the Vahtbna, he said, but I prayed as I saw the Messenger of Allہ peace Allہ Alیہ him pray, he said, but the sun And the moon are two of the verses of God that do not mourn for the death of no one, nor for life. For if you see something of them, then let us be lying, then let us be so
