عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، قَالَ : جَلَسْتُ إِلَی ابْنِ عَمَرَ، فَسَمِعْتُہُ یَقُولُ: لا یَنْفِرَنَّ أَحَدُکُمْ حَتَّی یکُونَ آخَرُ عَھْدِہِ بِالْبَیْتِ ، فَقُلْتُ: مَا لَہُ؟ أَمَا سَمِعَ مَا سَمِعَ أَصْحَابُہُ؟۔ ثُمَّ جَلَسْتُ إِلَیْہِ مِنَ الْعَامِ الْمُقْبِل فَسَمِعْتُہُ یَقُولُ: زَعَمُوا أَنَّہُ رَخَّصَ لِلْمَرُأَۃِ الْحَائِضِ۔

On a peacock, he said: I sat down to Ibn Omar, and I heard him say: One of you does not alienate until the last covenant has passed. Did he not hear what his friends heard? Then I sat to the next year, and I heard him say: They claimed that it was cheap for menstruating women۔

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسِ ، قَالَ: أُمِرَ النَّاسُ أَنُ یِکُونَ آخِرُ عَھْدِھِمْ بِالْبَیْتِ ۔ إِلا أَنَّہُ رَخَّصَ لِلْمَرْأَۃِ الْحَائِضِ۔ أَخْرَجَ الثَّلاثَۃَ الأَحَدِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ ، وَالرَّابعَ مِنْ کِتَابِ مُخْتَصَرِ الْحَجِّ الْکَبِیرٍ، وَھْوَ آخِرُ حَدِیثٍ فِیہِ۔

On the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: People were commanded to be the last of their covenants in the house. However, I am licensed to menstruating women۔ He brought the three new hadiths from the book of the rituals, and the fourth from the summary book of the Great Hajj, which is the last hadith in ف

عَنْ عَائِشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْہَا أَنَّہَا قَالَتْ : حَاضَتْ صَفِیَّۃُ بَعْدَ مَا أَفَاضَتْ فَذَکَرَتْ حَیْضَھَا لِرَسُولِ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ:(( أَحَابِسَتُنَا ھِیَ)): فَقُلْتُ یَارَسُولَ اللہِ ، إِنَّھَا قَدْ حَاضَتْ بَعْدَمَا أَفَا ضَتْ ، قَالَ:(( فَلا إِذَنْ))۔ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِکٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ نَحْوَہُ۔

عَنْ عَائِشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا : أَنَّ صَفِیَّۃَ حَاضَتْ یَوْمَ النَّحْرِ فَذکَرَتْ عَائِشَۃُ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا حَیْضَھَا لِلنَّبِیِّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ :(( حَابِسَتُنَا))۔ فَقُلْتُ: إِنَّھَا قَدْ کَانَتْ أَفَاضَتْ ثُمَّ حَاضَتْ بَعْدَ ذَلِکَ، قَالَ:(( فَلْتَنْفِرْ إِذَنْ))۔

عَنْ عَائِشَۃَ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَکَرَ صَفِیَّۃَ ابْنَۃَ حُیَیٌ، فَقِیلَ: إِنَّھَا قَدْ حَاضَتْ۔ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللہِ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ:(( لَعَلَّھَا حَابِشَتُنَا))۔ قِبلَ:إِنَّھَا قَدْ أَفَاضَتْ قَالَ:((فَلا إِذَنْ ))

On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, mentioned Safiyyah Ibn Ibn Hayy, who said: when he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Perhaps we will marry us.” Before: It is overflowing, he said: (So do not leave)

قَالَ عُرْوَۃُ: قَالَتْ عَائِشَۃُ رَضِیَ اللہُ عَنْھَا: وَنَحْنُ نَذْکُرُ ذَلِکَ فَلِمَ یُقَدِّمُ النَّاسُ نِسَاءَ ھُمْ إِنْ کَانَ لا یَنْفَعُھُمْ ، وَلَوْ کَانَ ذَلِکَ الَّذِی تَقُولُ لأَصْبَحَ بِمِنًی أَکْثَرُ مِنْ سِتَّۃِ أَلْفِ امْرَأَۃٍ لأَصْبَحَ بِمِنًی أَکْثَرُ مِنْ سِتَّۃِ أَلْفِ امْرَأَۃٍ حَائِضٍ۔ أَخْرَجَ الأَرْبَعَۃَ الأَحَادِیثَ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ۔

On the authority of Abu Salih al-Hanafi: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “Hajj is a jihad, and the age is an aspiration.” Take it out of the ritual book

عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبَّادِ بْنِ جَعْفَرِ، قَالَ:((قَعَدْنَا إِلَی عَبْداللہِ بْنَ عُمَرَ فَسَنِعْتُۃُ یَقُولُ: سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ رَسُولُ اللہُ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ: مَا الْحَاجٌ؟ فَقَالَ:((الشَّعِثُ التَّفِلُ))۔فَقَامَ آخَرُ فَقَالَ: یَا رَسُولَ اللہِ، مَاالسَّبِیلُ؟ قَالَ:((زَادٌ وَرَاحِلْۃٌ))۔أَخْرَجَہُ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ

Mohammed bin Abbad bin Jaafar, said: ((Qadna to Abdallہ ibn Umar Fsnatۃ says: man messenger Allہ upon Allہ Alیہ asked him, he said: What Haj? He said: ((Alhos bagasse).) Another man stood up and said: O Messenger of Allہ, Masbیl He said: “Increased and departed”۔ Get it out of the ritual book

عَنْ عَبْداللہِ بْنِ أَوْفَی صَاحِبِ النَّبِیُّ صَلَّی اللہُ عَلَیْہِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّہُ سَأَلْنُہُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ لَمْ یَحْجُجْ، أَیْسْتَقْرِضُ لِلّحَجِّ؟ قَالَ:((لا))۔أَخْرَجَہُ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ

On the authority of Abdullah ibn Ufi, the companion of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, that I asked about the man who did not perform Hajj, did he not perform Hajj? He said: ((No)۔ Get it out of the ritual book

عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَیْجِ قَالَ:قُلْتُ لِنَافِعِ: أسَمِعْتَ عَبْداللہِ بْنَ عُمَرَ یُسَمِّی أَشْھُرَ الْحَجِّ؟ فَقَالَ: نَعَمْ، کَانَ یُسَمِّی شَوَّالا وَذَا الْقَعْدَۃِ وَذَالْحِجَّۃِ، قُلْتُ لِنَافِعِ:فَإِنَّ أَھَلَّ إِنْسَانٌ بِالْحَجِّ قَبْلَھُنَّ؟قَالَ: لَمْ مِنْہُ فِی ذَلِکَ شَیْئًا

On the authority of Ibn Jarijj, he said: I said to Nafi`: I heard Abdullah bin Omar call the most famous Hajj? He said: Yes. He was called Shawala and that time and the Hajj. I said to Nafi'i: Because the people of God said:

عَنْ أَبِی الزُّبَیْرِ: أَنَّہُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَبْنَ عَبْدِ اللہِ یَسّأَلُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ أیُھِلُّ بِھا لْحَجِّ قَبْلَ أَشْھُرِ الْحَجِّ؟ فَقَالَ :لا۔أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِیثَیْنِ مِنْ کِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِکِ

On the authority of Abu Al-Zubayr: Jaber Bin Abd Allah, who asked about the man, heard of a pilgrimage before the months of Hajj. He said: Do not take the two hadiths out of the ritual book
