حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ الْأَسْوَدِ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي مُلَيْکَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ يَرْجِعُ أَصْحَابُکَ بِأَجْرِ حَجٍّ وَعُمْرَةٍ وَلَمْ أَزِدْ عَلَی الْحَجِّ فَقَالَ لَهَا اذْهَبِي وَلْيُرْدِفْکِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ فَأَمَرَ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ أَنْ يُعْمِرَهَا مِنْ التَّنْعِيمِ فَانْتَظَرَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِأَعْلَی مَکَّةَ حَتَّی جَائَتْ

Narrated Aisha: That she said, "O Allah's Apostle! Your companions are returning with the reward of both Hajj and `Umra, while I am returning with (the reward of) Hajj only." He said to her, "Go, and let `Abdur- Rahman (i.e. your brother) make you sit behind him (on the animal)." So, he ordered `AbdurRahman to let her perform `Umra from Al-Tan`im. Then the Prophet waited for her at the higher region of Mecca till she returned.

Hadith #16064

حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَوْسٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَکْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ أَمَرَنِي النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ أُرْدِفَ عَائِشَةَ وَأُعْمِرَهَا مِنْ التَّنْعِيمِ

Narrated `Abdur-Rahman bin Abi Bakr As-Siddiq: The Prophet ordered me to let `Aisha sit behind me (on the animal) and to let her perform `Umra from at-Tan`im.

Hadith #16065

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ کُنْتُ رَدِيفَ أَبِي طَلْحَةَ وَإِنَّهُمْ لَيَصْرُخُونَ بِهِمَا جَمِيعًا الْحَجِّ وَالْعُمْرَةِ

Narrated Anas: I was riding behind Abu Talha (on the same) riding animal and (the Prophet's companions) were reciting Talbiya aloud for both Hajj and `Umra.

Hadith #16066

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو صَفْوَانَ عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَکِبَ عَلَی حِمَارٍ عَلَی إِکَافٍ عَلَيْهِ قَطِيفَةٌ وَأَرْدَفَ أُسَامَةَ وَرَائَهُ

Narrated `Urwa from Usama bin Zaid: Allah's Apostle rode a donkey on which there was a saddle covered by a velvet sheet and let Usama ride behind him (on the donkey).

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَی بْنُ بُکَيْرٍ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ قَالَ يُونُسُ أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَقْبَلَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ مِنْ أَعْلَی مَکَّةَ عَلَی رَاحِلَتِهِ مُرْدِفًا أُسَامَةَ بْنَ زَيْدٍ وَمَعَهُ بِلَالٌ وَمَعَهُ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ طَلْحَةَ مِنْ الْحَجَبَةِ حَتَّی أَنَاخَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ بِمِفْتَاحِ الْبَيْتِ فَفَتَحَ وَدَخَلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَمَعَهُ أُسَامَةُ وَبِلَالٌ وَعُثْمَانُ فَمَکَثَ فِيهَا نَهَارًا طَوِيلًا ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَاسْتَبَقَ النَّاسُ وَکَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ أَوَّلَ مَنْ دَخَلَ فَوَجَدَ بِلَالًا وَرَائَ الْبَابِ قَائِمًا فَسَأَلَهُ أَيْنَ صَلَّی رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَشَارَ لَهُ إِلَی الْمَکَانِ الَّذِي صَلَّی فِيهِ قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ فَنَسِيتُ أَنْ أَسْأَلَهُ کَمْ صَلَّی مِنْ سَجْدَةٍ

Narrated Nafi` from `Abdullah: Allah's Apostle came to Mecca through its higher region on the day of the Conquest (of Mecca) riding his she-camel on which Usama was riding behind him. Bilal and `Uthman bin Talha, one of the servants of the Ka`ba, were also accompanying him till he made his camel kneel in the mosque and ordered the latter to bring the key of the Ka`ba. He opened the door of the Ka`ba and Allah's Apostle entered in the company of Usama, Bilal and `Uthman, and stayed in it for a long period. When he came out, the people rushed to it, and `Abdullah bin `Umar was the first to enter it and found Bilal standing behind the door. He asked Bilal, "Where did the Prophet offer his prayer?" He pointed to the place where he had offered his prayer. `Abdullah said, "I forgot to ask him how many rak`at he had performed."

Hadith #16068

حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ هَمَّامٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ کُلُّ سُلَامَی مِنْ النَّاسِ عَلَيْهِ صَدَقَةٌ کُلَّ يَوْمٍ تَطْلُعُ فِيهِ الشَّمْسُ يَعْدِلُ بَيْنَ الِاثْنَيْنِ صَدَقَةٌ وَيُعِينُ الرَّجُلَ عَلَی دَابَّتِهِ فَيَحْمِلُ عَلَيْهَا أَوْ يَرْفَعُ عَلَيْهَا مَتَاعَهُ صَدَقَةٌ وَالْکَلِمَةُ الطَّيِّبَةُ صَدَقَةٌ وَکُلُّ خُطْوَةٍ يَخْطُوهَا إِلَی الصَّلَاةِ صَدَقَةٌ وَيُمِيطُ الْأَذَی عَنْ الطَّرِيقِ صَدَقَةٌ

Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "There is a (compulsory) Sadaqa (charity) to be given for every joint of the human body (as a sign of gratitude to Allah) everyday the sun rises. To judge justly between two persons is regarded as Sadaqa, and to help a man concerning his riding animal by helping him to ride it or by lifting his luggage on to it, is also regarded as Sadaqa, and (saying) a good word is also Sadaqa, and every step taken on one's way to offer the compulsory prayer (in the mosque) is also Sadaqa and to remove a harmful thing from the way is also Sadaqa."

Hadith #16069

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ عَنْ مَالِکٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَی أَنْ يُسَافَرَ بِالْقُرْآنِ إِلَی أَرْضِ الْعَدُوِّ

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah's Apostle forbade the people to travel to a hostile country carrying (copies of) the Qur'an.

Hadith #16070

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ صَبَّحَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَيْبَرَ وَقَدْ خَرَجُوا بِالْمَسَاحِي عَلَی أَعْنَاقِهِمْ فَلَمَّا رَأَوْهُ قَالُوا هَذَا مُحَمَّدٌ وَالْخَمِيسُ مُحَمَّدٌ وَالْخَمِيسُ فَلَجَئُوا إِلَی الْحِصْنِ فَرَفَعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدَيْهِ وَقَالَ اللَّهُ أَکْبَرُ خَرِبَتْ خَيْبَرُ إِنَّا إِذَا نَزَلْنَا بِسَاحَةِ قَوْمٍ فَسَائَ صَبَاحُ الْمُنْذَرِينَ وَأَصَبْنَا حُمُرًا فَطَبَخْنَاهَا فَنَادَی مُنَادِي النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُ يَنْهَيَانِکُمْ عَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ فَأُکْفِئَتْ الْقُدُورُ بِمَا فِيهَا تَابَعَهُ عَلِيٌّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ رَفَعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَدَيْهِ

Narrated Anas: The Prophet reached Khaibar in the morning, while the people were coming out carrying their spades over their shoulders. When they saw him they said, "This is Muhammad and his army! Muhammad and his army!" So, they took refuge in the fort. The Prophet raised both his hands and said, "Allahu Akbar, Khaibar is ruined, for when we approach a nation (i.e. enemy to fight) then miserable is the morning of the warned ones." Then we found some donkeys which we (killed and) cooked: The announcer of the Prophet announced: "Allah and His Apostle forbid you to eat donkey's meat." So, all the pots including their contents were turned upside down.

Hadith #16071

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَی الْأَشْعَرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ کُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَکُنَّا إِذَا أَشْرَفْنَا عَلَی وَادٍ هَلَّلْنَا وَکَبَّرْنَا ارْتَفَعَتْ أَصْوَاتُنَا فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ ارْبَعُوا عَلَی أَنْفُسِکُمْ فَإِنَّکُمْ لَا تَدْعُونَ أَصَمَّ وَلَا غَائِبًا إِنَّهُ مَعَکُمْ إِنَّهُ سَمِيعٌ قَرِيبٌ تَبَارَکَ اسْمُهُ وَتَعَالَی جَدُّهُ

Narrated Abu Musa Al-Ash`ari: We were in the company of Allah's Apostle (during Hajj). Whenever we went up a high place we used to say: "None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and Allah is Greater," and our voices used to rise, so the Prophet said, "O people! Be merciful to yourselves (i.e. don't raise your voice), for you are not calling a deaf or an absent one, but One Who is with you, no doubt He is All-Hearer, ever Near (to all things).

Hadith #16072

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ حُصَيْنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ کُنَّا إِذَا صَعِدْنَا کَبَّرْنَا وَإِذَا نَزَلْنَا سَبَّحْنَا

Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah: Whenever we went up a place we would say, "Allahu--Akbar (i.e. Allah is Greater)", and whenever we went down a place we would say, "Subhan Allah."

Hadith #16073

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ حُصَيْنٍ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ کُنَّا إِذَا صَعِدْنَا کَبَّرْنَا وَإِذَا تَصَوَّبْنَا سَبَّحْنَا

Narrated Jabir: Whenever we went up a place we would say Takbir, and whenever we went down we would say, "Subhan Allah."

Hadith #16074

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ کَيْسَانَ عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ کَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا قَفَلَ مِنْ الْحَجِّ أَوْ الْعُمْرَةِ وَلَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا قَالَ الْغَزْوِ يَقُولُ کُلَّمَا أَوْفَی عَلَی ثَنِيَّةٍ أَوْ فَدْفَدٍ کَبَّرَ ثَلَاثًا ثُمَّ قَالَ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيکَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْکُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَی کُلِّ شَيْئٍ قَدِيرٌ آيِبُونَ تَائِبُونَ عَابِدُونَ سَاجِدُونَ لِرَبِّنَا حَامِدُونَ صَدَقَ اللَّهُ وَعْدَهُ وَنَصَرَ عَبْدَهُ وَهَزَمَ الْأَحْزَابَ وَحْدَهُ قَالَ صَالِحٌ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ أَلَمْ يَقُلْ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ إِنْ شَائَ اللَّهُ قَالَ لَا

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Whenever the Prophet returned from the Hajj or the `Umra or a Ghazwa, he would say Takbir thrice. Whenever he came upon a mountain path or wasteland, and then he would say, "None has the right to be worshipped but Allah, Alone Who has no partner. All the Kingdom belongs to Him and all the praises are for Him and He is Omnipotent. We are returning with repentance, worshipping, prostrating ourselves and praising our Lord. Allah fulfilled His Promise, granted victory to His slave and He Alone defeated all the clans."
