2962 - أخبرنا أبو بكر أحمد بن علي الحافظ ، أنا أبو عمرو بن حمدان ، أنا الحسن بن سفيان ، أنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة ، أنا وكيع ، أنا سفيان ، عن قيس بن مسلم ، عن الحسن بن محمد بن علي ، قال : « كتب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إلى مجوس هجر يعرض عليهم الإسلام ، فمن أسلم قبل منه ، ومن أبى ضربت عليه الجزية ، على ألا تؤكل لهم ذبيحة ، ولا ينكح لهم امرأة وهذا وإن كان مرسلا فإليه ذهب أكثر العلماء »
