حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَی حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِکٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ فِي حَوْضِي مِنْ الْأَبَارِيقِ بِعَدَدِ نُجُومِ السَّمَائِ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَی هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ غَرِيبٌ مِنْ هَذَا الْوَجْهِ

Anas bin Malik narrated that the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) said: Indeed, at my Hawd there are drinking vessels as numerous as the stars in the heavens.

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ نِيْزَکَ الْبَغْدَادِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَکَّارٍ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ لِکُلِّ نَبِيٍّ حَوْضًا وَإِنَّهُمْ يَتَبَاهَوْنَ أَيُّهُمْ أَکْثَرُ وَارِدَةً وَإِنِّي أَرْجُو أَنْ أَکُونَ أَکْثَرَهُمْ وَارِدَةً قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَی هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ وَقَدْ رَوَی الْأَشْعَثُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِکِ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُرْسَلًا وَلَمْ يَذْکُرْ فِيهِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ وَهُوَ أَصَحُّ

Samurah narrated the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w)said: Indeed there is a Hawd for every Prophet, and indeed they compete to see which of them has the most arriving at it. Indeed I hope that mine will be the one with the most arrival.
