حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ إِنَّا أَعْطَيْنَاکَ الْکَوْثَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ هُوَ نَهْرٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ قَالَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَيْتُ نَهْرًا فِي الْجَنَّةِ حَافَّتَاهُ قِبَابُ اللُّؤْلُؤِ قُلْتُ مَا هَذَا يَا جِبْرِيلُ قَالَ هَذَا الْکَوْثَرُ الَّذِي أَعْطَاکَهُ اللَّهُ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَی هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ

Anas narrated [regarding Allah, Most High’s saying] ‘Verily We have granted you Al-Kauthar’ (108: 1) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “It is a river in Paradise.” He said: “The Prophet (ﷺ) said: ‘I saw a river in Paradise, whose banks had tents were made of pearl. I said: “What is this O Jibril?’” He said: “This is Al-Kauthar which Allah has granted you.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَکَمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِکِ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَا أَنَا أَسِيرُ فِي الْجَنَّةِ إِذْ عُرِضَ لِي نَهْرٌ حَافَّتَاهُ قِبَابُ اللُّؤْلُؤِ قُلْتُ لِلْمَلَکِ مَا هَذَا قَالَ هَذَا الْکَوْثَرُ الَّذِي أَعْطَاکَهُ اللَّهُ قَالَ ثُمَّ ضَرَبَ بِيَدِهِ إِلَی طِينَةٍ فَاسْتَخْرَجَ مِسْکًا ثُمَّ رُفِعَتْ لِي سِدْرَةُ الْمُنْتَهَی فَرَأَيْتُ عِنْدَهَا نُورًا عَظِيمًا قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَی هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ قَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ غَيْرِ وَجْهٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ

Anas narrated that the Messenger of Allah said: “While I was traveling through Paradise, a river appeared before me whose banks had tents of pearl. I said to the angel: ‘What is this?’ He said: ‘This is Al-Kauthar, which Allah has granted you.’” He said: “Then he put his hand in the clay, and removed musk from it, then I was raised up to Sidrat Al-Muntaha so I saw a magnificent light at it.”

حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادٌ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ عَنْ عَطَائِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّی اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْکَوْثَرُ نَهْرٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ حَافَّتَاهُ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ وَمَجْرَاهُ عَلَی الدُّرِّ وَالْيَاقُوتِ تُرْبَتُهُ أَطْيَبُ مِنْ الْمِسْکِ وَمَاؤُهُ أَحْلَی مِنْ الْعَسَلِ وَأَبْيَضُ مِنْ الثَّلْجِ قَالَ هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ

`Abdullah bin `Umar narrated that : the Messenger of Allah said: “Al-Kauthar is a river in Paradise, whose banks are of gold, and it flows over pearls and corundum. Its dirt is purer than musk, and its water is sweeter than honey and whiter than milk.”
