1089 - (1) [ضعيف جداً] وعن ابن عباس قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - لأصحاب الكيل والوزن: "إنكم قد وُلِّيتم أمراً فيه هَلَكَتِ الأُمَمُ السالِفَةُ قَبْلَكُم". رواه الترمذي والحاكم؛ كلاهما من طريق حسين بن قيس عن عكرمة عنه. وقال الحاكم: "صحيح الإسناد". (قال الحافظ): "كيف وحسين بن قيس متروك؟! والصحيح عن ابن عباس موقوف. كذا قاله الترمذي وغيره".

1090 - (2) [ضعيف موقوف] ورواه مالك بنحوه [يعني حديث ابن عمر الذي في "الصحيح"] موقوفاً على ابن عباس (1)، ولفظه: قال: ما ظهر الغلول في قومٍ [قط]؛ إلا ألقى اللهُ في قلوبهم الرعبَ، ولا فشا الزنا في قومٍ! إلا كثر فيهم الموتُ، ولا نقضَ قومٌ المكيالَ والميزان؛ إلا قطعَ اللهُ عنهم الرزقَ، ولا حكمَ قوم بغير حقًّ، إلا فشا فيهم الدمُ، ولا خترَ قوم بالعهدِ؛ إلا سلطَ الله عليهم العدوَّ. (الختر) بالخاء المعجمة والتاء المثناة فوق: هو الغدر ونقض العهد.
