1799 - (2) [ضعيف] وعن أبي مِجْلَزٍ؛ أنَّ رجلًا قَعدَ وسْط حلْقَةٍ؛ قال حذيفةُ: "ملعونٌ على لِسانِ محمَّد - صلى الله عليه وسلم -، -أوْ لَعَن الله على لِسانِ محمَّد - صلى الله عليه وسلم -- مَنْ جلَسَ وسْطَ الحلْقَةِ". رواه الترمذي وقال: "حديث حسن صحيح". والحاكم بنحوه وقال: "صحيح على شرطهما" (3). __________ (1) انظر أحاديث هذا الشطر من الباب في "الصحيح". (2) قلت: فيه شريك القاضي، وانقطاع بين حذيفة والراوي عنه كما يأتي بعده. (3) غفلوا جميعاً عن قول شعبة -وعليه دار الإسناد-: لم يدرك أبو مجلز حذيفة. رواه أحمد (5/ 398). ولذلك قال ابن معين: "لم يسمع أبو مجلز من حذيفة". وهو مخرج في "الضعيفة" (638). وتجاهل هذه العلة المعلقون الثلاثة، فقالوا في هذا والذي قبله: "حسن"!! فخالفوا الجميع من مصححين ومعللين!!
