1192 - (2) [ضعيف] عن عبد الله بن عمر رضي الله عنهما؛ أن رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - قال: "ثلاثَةٌ لا تُقْبلُ منهم صَلاةٌ: مَنْ تَقَدَّمَ قَوْماً وهمْ له كارِهونَ، ورجُلٌ أتى الصلاةَ دِباراً -والدِّبارُ أن يأتيَها بعد ما تفوتُه- ورجُلٌ اعْتَبَدَ مُحرَّرهُ" (3). رواه أبو داود وابن ماجه من طريق عبد الرحمن بن زياد بن أنعم عن عمران المعافري عنه. [مضى 5 - الصلاة /28]. (قال الخطابي): "واعتباد المحرر يكون من وجهين: أحدهما: أن يعتقه ثمَّ يكتم عتقه أو ينكره، وهذا شرُّ الأمرين. والثاني أن يعْتَقِلَه بعد العتق فيستخدمه كرهاً" (1).

1193 - (3) [ضعيف] وعن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه قال: قال رسول الله - صلى الله عليه وسلم -: "قال الله تعالى: ثلاثَةٌ أنا خصْمُهم يومَ القيامَةِ، ومَنْ كنتُ خصْمَهُ، خصمتُه: رجلٌ أعطى بي ثمَّ غَدَر، ورجُلٌ باعَ حُرّاً وأكَلَ ثَمَنُه، ورجلٌ استأجَر أجيراً فاسْتَوْفى ولمْ يوَفِّهِ أجرَه". رواه البخاري وابن ماجه وغيرهما. [مضى هنا /44]. ... [وسبحانك اللهم وبحمدك، أشهد أن لا إله إلا أنت، أستغفرك وأتوب إليك، وصلى الله على محمد النبي الأمي، وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم]. انتهى المجلد الأول من "ضعيف الترغيب والترهيب" والحمد لله عز وجل، ويليه إن شاء الله المجلد الثاني، وأوله "17 - كتاب النكاح وما يتعلق به"
