2040 - (خ، م) - حدثنا حمد بن أحمد بن عمر، قال: أنا محمد بن أحمد الطاهري، قال: أنا محمد بن عياش الموصلي، قال: ثنا علي بن حرب الطائي، قال: ثنا أبو معاوية، عن الأعمش، عن عبد الله بن مرة، عن مسروق: عن عبد الله قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((لا يحل دم امرئ مسلم يشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وأني رسول الله إلا أحد ثلاثة نفر: الثيب الزاني، والنفس بالنفس، والتارك لدينه المفارق للجماعة)). وفي الباب: عن عائشة رضي الله عنها.

2041 - (خ) - حدثنا محمد بن علي بن عبيد الله وغيره، قالوا: ثنا إبراهيم بن عبد الله، قال: ثنا محمد بن حمدويه، قال: ثنا محمود ابن آدم، قال: ثنا سفيان، عن أيوب: عن عكرمة، قال: ذكر ابن عباس ناسا حرقهم علي، فقال: لو كنت أنا لم أحرقهم؛ لقول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((لا تعذبوا بعذاب الله))، ولقتلتهم؛ لقول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((من بدل دينه فاقتلوه)). #133# وفي الباب: عن معاذ بن جبل: أنه رأى يهوديا أسلم، ثم راجع دينه دين السوء، فقال لأبي موسى: لا أجلس حتى يقتل؛ قضاء الله ورسوله.
