2030 - (خ، م) - حدثنا عمر بن أحمد، قال: أنا أبو سعيد، قال: أنا عمر بن أحمد، قال: ثنا محمد بن أيوب، قال: ثنا موسى بن إسماعيل وأبو عمر، قالا: ثنا همام، قال: ثنا قتادة: عن أنس: أن جارية رضخ رأسها بين حجرين، فقيل لها: من فعل بك هذا أفلان؟ أفلان؟ حتى سمي يهودي، فأومات برأسها، فأخذ اليهودي، فجيء به، فاعترف، فأمر به النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فرض رأسه بين حجرين.

2031 - (خ) - حدثنا حمد بن أحمد، قال: أنا أبو عبد الله، قال: أنا أبو حاتم محمد بن عيسى، قال: ثنا أبو حاتم، قال: ثنا محمد بن عبد الله الأنصاري، عن حميد: عن أنس قال: لطمت الربيع ابنة النضر جارية، فكسرت ثنيتها، فطلبوا إليهم العفو، فأبوا، وعرضوا الأرش عليهم، فأبوا، فأتوا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، فأمر بالقصاص، فقال أنس بن النضر: يا رسول الله! أتكسر ثنية الربيع؟! والذي بعثك بالحق! لا تكسر ثنيتها، فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((يا أنس! كتاب الله القصاص))، قال: فرضي القوم وعفوا، فقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: ((إن من عباد الله #127# من لو أقسم على الله لأبره؛ منهم أنس بن النضر)). وفي رواية: فرضوا وقبلوا الأرش.
