وَلَوْ قَالَ الرَّاوِي: حَدَّثَنَا الثِّقَةُ , وَهُوَ يَعْرِفُهُ بِعَيْنِهِ وَاسْمِهِ وَصِفَتِهِ , إِلَّا أَنَّهُ لَمْ يُسَمِّهِ , لَمْ يَلْزَمِ السَّامِعَ قَبُولُ ذَلِكَ الْخَبَرِ , لِأَنَّ شَيْخَ الرَّاوِي مَجْهُولٌ عِنْدَهُ وَوَصْفُهُ إِيَّاهُ بِالثِّقَةِ , غَيْرُ مَعْمُولٌ بِهِ , وَلَا مُعْتَمَدٍ عَلَيْهِ فِي حَقِّ السَّامِعِ , لِجَوَازِ أَنْ يُعْرَفَ إِذَا سَمَّاهُ الرَّاوِي بِخِلَافِ الثِّقَةِ وَالْأَمَانَةِ
