52- حدثنا القاضي أبو الحسين من لفظه قال حدثنا أبو حاتم محمد بن عبد الواحد بن محمد بن زكريا بن يحيى الرازي الخزاعي قدم علينا من الحج في صفر سنة ست وثمانين وثلاثمائة قال أخبرنا أبو بكر أحمد بن محمد العنبري الأصبهاني قال سمعت الفضل بن الحباب [ص:475] يقول: سمعت محمد بن سلام الجمحي يقول: قيل للمنصور رضي الله عنه: هل بقي من لذات الدنيا شيء لم تنله؟ قال: بقيت خصلة أقعد على مصطبة وحولي أصحاب الحديث فيقول المستملي: من ذكرت (رحمك الله) ؟ قال: فغدا عليه الندماء وأبناء الوزراء بالمحابر والدفاتر. فقال: لستم بهم إنما هم: الدنسة ثيابهم المشققة أرجلهم الطويلة شعورهم برد [ص:476] الآفاق ونقلة الحديث. آخر حديث القاضي أبي الحسين رحمه الله
